Construct is designed to help breakdown barriers to employment and provide direct connections to employment opportunities and careers. We will train and mentor you every step of the way, equipping you with the necessary skills to succeed in both your personal and professional lives.

Construct is a solution at the intersection of two challenges; growing demand for skilled employees in the construction industry and vulnerable low-income individuals need low barrier jobs and a higher income to achieve housing stability

TradeWorx

Powered by The Home Depot Canada Foundation, TradeWorx is a collaboration of 10 successful Canadian employment social enterprises (ESEs) helping bridge systemic gaps and prevent youth homelessness. TradeWorx partners provide youth at-risk of homelessness with the skills training needed to secure a long-term well-paying career in the trades, resulting in the ability to afford/retain housing.

Different from traditional employment training programs, employment social enterprises provide extensive wraparound supports throughout the program to address barriers and challenges faced that threatens to propel the youth into homelessness.TradeWorx Letterhead Logo ENRGB
